We’re Changing the Way People Come Together to Get Things Done.
Ideas-Shared Global Ltd is an innovative company specialising in global participation infrastructure, designed to change the way individuals, informal groups and organisations come together to get things done.
Through its philosophy, methodology and technology, the Global Hub enables individuals, informal groups and organisations around the world to make personal, professional and societal ambitions visible, connect with others, combine capabilities and work together to realise measurable outcomes.
Our proposition is simple: enable individuals, informal groups and organisations to decide what matters to them, find their place, bring what they can contribute, access what they need from others and organise around the outcomes they want to achieve.
Through our Global Hub and Private Hubs, Ideas-Shared enables participation across personal, professional and societal life – from activities involving a handful of people to ambitions capable of bringing together communities, businesses, institutions and potentially very large numbers of participants.

Helping More People Find Their Place, Get Involved and Make a Difference
Ideas-Shared is built on a simple principle: people should be able to decide what matters to them and choose where and how they participate. But the opportunity to participate is not equally available to everyone.
People and communities may lack knowledge, confidence, connections, resources, access, experience or practical support. Others may have valuable capabilities and perspectives but few opportunities to contribute them.
The Ideas-Shared Foundation, planned for launch in 2027, is being established to help change that.
Our purpose is simple: help more people participate.
Everyone Should Have the Opportunity to Participate
Across the world, people have ambitions they want to pursue, problems they want to solve, ideas they want to develop and conditions they would like to improve.
They also have knowledge, experience, abilities and perspectives that could help other people.
But potential alone does not create opportunity.
Some people have extensive networks, education, resources and confidence. Others encounter barriers that make participation much harder.
Some communities have access to organisations, expertise and funding. Others may struggle to connect with the capabilities they need.
If participation can expand what people are capable of achieving together, then expanding access to participation matters too.
That is where the Ideas-Shared Foundation comes in.
Our Purpose
Help More People Find Their Place
The Foundation will work to reduce barriers that prevent individuals and communities from participating effectively in the things that matter to them.
That could mean helping people develop knowledge or practical capability.
It could mean creating access to opportunities they might otherwise miss.
It could mean helping communities connect with expertise, organisations, resources or wider networks.
It could mean supporting participation around ambitions that would otherwise struggle to progress.
And it could mean helping people recognise that what they already know, have experienced or are capable of doing may be valuable to somebody else.
Everyone has the potential to contribute to something.
The Foundation will help more people have the opportunity to do so.
From Access to Capability
Participation can begin very simply.
Someone asks a question.
Someone shares an idea.
Someone needs help.
Someone offers it.
A community identifies a problem.
An organisation contributes expertise.
People with different experiences and capabilities find one another.
From there, participation can become organised activity. People can learn, contribute, build relationships, develop capabilities, work together and achieve outcomes they may never have been able to achieve alone.
The Foundation will seek to make that journey possible for more people.
Access creates opportunity. Participation develops capability. Organised participation can change outcomes.
What We Intend to Support
As the Foundation develops, we expect its work to focus on areas such as:
Access to Participation
Helping reduce financial, practical, technological or other barriers that may prevent people and communities from participating.
Learning and Capability
Helping people develop the knowledge, confidence and practical capabilities needed to participate effectively and pursue their ambitions.
Community Participation
Helping communities identify what matters to them, connect with wider capabilities and organise around worthwhile outcomes.
Practical Support
Exploring ways to support activities where access to appropriate resources, expertise or other assistance could make participation possible.
Research and Learning
Developing understanding of participation, collaboration, capability, inclusion and the conditions that help people turn ambition into outcomes.
Partnerships
Working with communities, educational institutions, charities, businesses, public bodies and other organisations that can help expand participation and capability.
The precise programmes and mechanisms will develop as the Foundation is established.
Participation Should Cross Boundaries
One of the most important ideas behind Ideas-Shared is that useful knowledge and capability do not necessarily exist where they are needed.
A community problem might benefit from business expertise.
Professional knowledge might help an individual.
An organisation might have resources that could support a local initiative.
Someone’s lived experience might reveal something that professionals or institutions have overlooked.
A person who needs help today might possess exactly the knowledge somebody else needs tomorrow.
The Foundation will seek to encourage this cross-pollination rather than treating people simply as recipients of support.
People can receive help, contribute capability – and often do both.
Part of the Ideas-Shared Ecosystem
The Ideas-Shared Foundation will form part of the wider Ideas-Shared ecosystem.
Ideas-Shared Global Hub provides an open environment where individuals, informal groups and organisations can participate around what matters to them.
Private Hubs provide dedicated environments where organisations, communities, programmes and other groups can organise participation around their own ambitions and outcomes.
Ideas-Shared Global Ltd develops the wider model, infrastructure and ecosystem.
The Ideas-Shared Foundation will have a different focus: helping expand the opportunity to participate.
Together, the ambition is straightforward: enable more people and organisations to find their place, combine what they know and can contribute, and achieve things that may not be possible alone.
Establishing the Foundation
Planned Launch: 2027
The Ideas-Shared Foundation is currently being developed.
Its final structure, governance, programmes, partnerships, funding arrangements and measures of impact will be published as they are established.
Our starting principle, however, is already clear:
The potential of participation should not be limited only to those who already have the greatest access, resources or connections.
We want more people to have the opportunity to participate.
More people able to contribute.
More communities able to access wider capability.
More useful knowledge and experience able to reach the places where it can make a difference.
And more people able to work with others to achieve outcomes they could not achieve alone.
Help Expand the Opportunity to Participate
Ideas-Shared is changing the way people come together to get things done.
The Foundation will help ensure that opportunity can reach further.
Find your place. Get involved. Help others do the same.
